Supplemental caregiver services
Children Without Placement (CWOP) is a program that provides temporary care to children and youth with emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges who are without a safe and appropriate long-term home. Through this program, we partner with Child Protective Services to provide qualified Supplemental Caregiver Services to support the safety of children and youth who are receiving supervision. Supplemental Caregivers (Youth Care Workers) help CPS caseworkers and other staff with direct care and supervision on an emergency basis when a child or youth is pending placement.
Our supplemental caregivers provide services in all 11 regions of Texas.
