We are a human service agency that offers care and case-management to vulnerable people in communities across Texas. We believe that every person deserves to live a joyous and rewarding life with grace and dignity. That’s why we connect those we serve with dedicated caregivers and master’s-level case managers. Our experienced team members provide support and supervision targeted to each person’s physical, mental, and behavioral health and well-being.   • HCBS Adult Mental Health Recovery Management

    We provide Recovery Management Services to adults with mental health challenges through Home and Community Based Services - Adult Mental Health, a long-term acute care and case management Medicaid waiver program.

  • Supplemental Caregiver Services

    We provide Supplemental Caregiver Services to children and youth who have experienced trauma and instability. Through the Children Without Placement program, we support CPS caseworkers and staff in the care and supervision of those under their conservertorship.
